Located in the NW corner of Florida’s panhandle, most known for its world famous sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters. The temperate climate and laid back lifestyle attracts many families. There is a strong military presence with the Naval Air Station and Whiting Field nearby. Recreation activities are abundant, as well as shopping, and restaurants.
A diverse community with a mix of many different cultures that make it the ideal place to learn, grow, work, and play. The area is rich in life, commerce, and southern culture. The educational system is very good, boasting a low teacher to student ratio, high graduation rate, and some of the highest standardized test scores in the state. Area hospitals are among some of the best in the state as well.

The practice is a four physician group with a dedicated service area in its surrounding communities. They have solid reputation for their dedicated and compassionate kidney care. Each physician takes personal accountability for their patients to ensure continuity of care. The practice is regionalized with each physician covering a specific area; however, call coverage encompasses all regions.

The practice is seeking a highly motivated physician with strong clinical skills to join them. They would love you to have ties to the area; however, they are confident that once you come to Pensacola you won’t be able to imagine yourself anywhere else. The practice offers a two year salary guarantee that is higher than the national average, productivity bonus, and benefits. The track to partnership is two years and comes with a productivity salary, a share of medical directorship revenue, and ability to participate in investment opportunities, as well as a voting share.
The ideal candidate will appreciate being part of a physician team that is dedicated to providing the very best of care to their patients, have excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. The candidate must be motivated and interested in making a long-term commitment to the community, patients, and practice. Additionally, candidates must:
• BC in internal medicine
• BC/BE in nephrology
• Current Florida State license
