Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is seeking a Nephrologist to join our growing medical group in Clinton, Missouri. This highly flexible opportunity allows physicians to build the practice that best fits their interests through a combination of outpatient nephrology, tele-nephrology, inpatient consultation, and dialysis program development.Whether you’re seeking an on-site, hybrid, or fully remote position, GVMH offers the flexibility and clinical support to create a rewarding nephrology practice while serving a community with significant unmet patient demand.

Manage patients with hypertension, chronic kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, and related nephrology conditions
Utilize tele-nephrology technology to provide remote patient care, when applicable
Perform inpatient nephrology consultations as desired
Collaborate with primary care physicians, hospitalists, cardiology, endocrinology, and other specialists to coordinate patient care
Participate in the development and expansion of nephrology and dialysis services
Document patient care accurately within Meditech Expanse
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology
Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
Interest in providing high-quality, patient-centered nephrology care
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Working Hours
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Remote, hybrid, and on-site practice models available
Opportunity to customize outpatient, inpatient, telemedicine, and dialysis responsibilities
Skills
Experience managing hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and chronic renal conditions
