Assignment Details:
- Specialty: Nephrology
- Position Type: Locum Tenens
- Location: Lithonia, GA and Jonesboro, GA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Through October 2, 2026
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- EMR: Epic
- Average Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
Weekly Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: One outpatient clinic location
- Wednesday–Friday: Second outpatient clinic location
- No inpatient coverage
- No admissions
- No dialysis rounding
- No call responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Active Georgia Medical License
- Current BLS certification
- Outpatient nephrology experience preferred
Practice Highlights:
- Outpatient-only nephrology practice
- Predictable weekday schedule

- Approximately 30-day credentialing timeframe
