We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to join a well-established healthcare setting in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient consultative services, outpatient kidney care, and chronic disease management in a collaborative clinical environment.

• Manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and acute kidney injury
• Provide inpatient nephrology consults and outpatient follow-up care
• Oversee dialysis patient management and coordinate renal replacement therapy as needed
• Interpret laboratory data, imaging, and renal diagnostics
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and specialists
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and quality standards
Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Nephrology
• Fellowship trained in Nephrology
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License required
• BLS/ACLS Certification preferred
• Prior inpatient and outpatient nephrology experience preferred
Working Hours
• Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic coverage
• Call schedule may vary
