We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to join a well-established, physician-led organization across multiple locations in Arizona. Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and dialysis patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and advanced practice providers
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient care coordination
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery
Qualifications
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Strong clinical expertise in kidney care
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient care
Working Hours
• Shared call rotation (approximately 1:4 weekends)
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Skills
• Dialysis and hypertension management
• Strong clinical decision-making
• Team collaboration with APPs and specialists
• Patient communication and care planning
