Job description
• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nephrologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
• The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and renal complications
• Monitor and manage patients requiring dialysis and coordinate care as needed
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment and disease management plans
• Educate patients on kidney health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• Completion of accredited fellowship training in Nephrology
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• Day shift with a supportive clinical team
Skills
• Expertise in kidney disease management and dialysis care
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
