Position Overview
One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist for 24-hour call coverage in a high-acuity hospital setting.
This assignment offers structured 7-day call blocks with predictable volume, subspecialty support, and a balanced mix of consults and urgent procedures. Ideal for providers seeking short-term, high-impact coverage with consistent scheduling.

Assignment Highlights
- 24-hour call coverage (7a–7a)
- Structured 1-week blocks per month
- Trauma Level 1 facility
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Average callback: 4–6 hours/day
- Support staff:
- Plastics onsite
- Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery available (offsite)
- EMR: Epic
- Adult + pediatric patient population
- Travel reimbursed per policy
- Malpractice insurance covered

Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour ENT call coverage
- Evaluate inpatient and ED consults
- Perform emergent ENT procedures
- Manage airway and trauma-related ENT cases
- Coordinate care with surgical and specialty teams
- Document all care in Epic
Skills & Experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Trauma experience preferred
- Comfortable with emergency ENT procedures
