Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage kidney diseases such as CKD, ESRD, and electrolyte disorders 🩺
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and dialysis plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Provide patient education on kidney health and disease prevention 💧
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care 🤝
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
• MD/DO with board certification/eligibility in Nephrology
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
