• Outreach locations within 1 hour of main campus: - Crawfordsville: once weekly, 10‚Äì14 patients (10:00 a.m. ‚Äì 4:00 p.m.) - Rensselaer: once monthly, 10‚Äì14 patients (10:00 a.m. ‚Äì 4:00 p.m.)
