Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage chronic and acute kidney conditions
• Treat CKD, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• Active or eligible New York State medical license
Working Hours
🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day shifts only
