• Clinical Shift Schedule: Thursdays, 1:00pm – 5:00pm
• On-Call Shift Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays per monthly call schedule
Weekday daytime (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Weeknight on-call (4:00 PM–8:00 AM)
Weekend on-call (24-hour shifts)
Holiday coverage (day + night)
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: TBD
• Call Response Time: Phone within 15 minutes; on-site within 60 minutes

• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 8 patients per clinic session plus inpatient consults

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis oversight
• Vascular access management
• Central venous dialysis catheter placement
• Kidney biopsy as privileged

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
• Experience: Recent graduates up to four years or experienced providers accepted

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
• Manage dialysis therapies and kidney replacement treatments
• Participate in on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform consultative services and procedures within granted privileges
• Document all care in the electronic health record and comply with agency policies
• Any other duties as assigned
