- Schedule:
- 8-hour daily clinic (Mon–Fri)
- 24-hour on-call coverage

- Practice Area: Inpatient & outpatient nephrology
- Patient Population: Adults only (no pediatrics)
- Dialysis: Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis management
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certification: Nephrology – BC required
- State License: Tennessee – Required
- Certifications: BLS – Required
- IMLC: Not accepted
