- March 9, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour call plus 8 hours daily in clinic, Monday to Friday
- Shift: Standard 5-day, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, flexible)
- On Call
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Dialysis
- Procedures: Inpatient & Outpatient nephrology, management of dialysis patients - hemo and peritoneal
- Patient Age Group: Adults
- Call: Frequency varies
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active TN License
- BLS
- Clean Background
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
