Coverage Details:
- Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): 24hr call + 8hrs daily in clinic Mon-Fri
- Frequency of any Call needed: varies
- Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc): TBD
Procedures
- 24hr call + in-house clinic, 8hrs Monday-Friday. Inpatient & Outpatient nephrology, management of dialysis patients - hemo and peritoneal. No peds.
- REQUIREMENTS: TN license, BC in Nephrology, clean background, Epic EMR

Requirements:
- Are Board Certifications Req’d?: BC in Nephrology required

- Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days
