Position, Compensation & Organization
- Hospital-employed role with long-term institutional stability
- New nephrology service line with physician-led growth and development
- Evergreen base salary of $475,000
- Predominantly outpatient practice (?95% clinic-based)
- Clinic volumes of 15-20 patients per day
- Limited inpatient responsibility with only 1-2 consults daily
- Low inpatient census minimizes disruption to clinic flow
- Four-day workweek supporting work-life balance
- Clinic hours 8:00am-5:00pm with protected lunch
- No overnight, in-house, or weekend call
- Daytime consults only when clinically necessary
