Nephrologist Opportunity
*Location: La Crosse, WI - Rochester, MN 70m | Full-Time, permanent position*
Position Highlights

* Weekly rounding at outpatient dialysis unit with opportunities to consult on pre-transplant and post-transplant patients
* Practice includes inpatient and outpatient dialysis support, including acute dialysis in the CCU/CRRT for candidates with experience
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nephrology care to a diverse patient population
* Manage patients in outpatient dialysis and inpatient settings
* Collaborate with transplant teams for pre- and post-transplant patient care
* Participate in educational activities and mentoring of learners
* Contribute to quality improvement, clinical research, and administrative initiatives as desired
Qualifications
* Board-eligible or board-certified in Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across specialties
* Comfort with acute dialysis, including continuous renal replacement therapy, preferred
* Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
