Join a Thriving Nephrology Practice in Southern Ohio
Hospital-employed group is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join two experienced physicians in a collegial, patient-focused practice.
Compensation & Incentives
- $394,305 base salary (2-year guarantee, MGMA 50th percentile)
- $200,000 student loan repayment assistance
- 15% base salary sign-on bonus (up to $100K)
- Residency stipend up to $25,000
- Full benefits: 29 days PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, health/retirement plans
Practice Highlights
- Manageable patient volumes (8–12 per clinic day)
- Call 1:3 weeks, light on-site call (urgent hemodialysis only)
- Three dialysis units (24-chair, 12-chair, and 6-bed)
- CRRT in ICU, no transplant
- Medical Director opportunities available
