Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient environments
- Work alongside a supportive team, including intensivists and hospitalists
- High acuity, rural setting with access to IR services 24/7
Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- 24-hour call available, taken from hotel after rounding
- Choose your preferred commitment: 5 or 7-day blocks
Cases and Procedures
- Focus on adult patients with routine dialysis procedures
- Collaborate with DaVita and Fresenius for inpatient dialysis care
- Manage a volume of 1-15 dialysis patients daily
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years in Nephrology
- Must have 2 years of case logs available
- Licensure in Kentucky or active IMLC LOQ
Travel Accommodations
- 24-hour call can be taken from a hotel after rounding
