Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
Travel/Lodging: Paid by client
Schedule & Coverage

Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Call: Weeknight call from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Setting: Inpatient & outpatient

Census: Approx. 5 inpatients + 5–7 outpatients/day

Support: RN, LPNs, and MAs on staff

EMR: Epic

Multiple Part-Time Providers Considered: Only if availability is consistent (no PRN)
Requirements

Board Certification: Required – Nephrology

Fellowship: Required
-
License: Active Wisconsin license preferred; open to IMLC or licensing candidates

Experience: Must be confident managing standard nephrology cases across adult/geriatric populations
