Support Team: On-site hospital staff and specialists

Skills Required: General inpatient nephrology
Requirements:

Board Certified in Nephrology

Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC accepted

ACLS and DEA required

Minimum 1–2 years of experience

Clean name and NPI required for credentialing
