Start Date: August 1, 2025, or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, with ongoing potential
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with weeknight call from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Nephrology Physician to provide comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will work closely with medical assistants, LPNs, and RNs to deliver high-quality nephrology services to adult and geriatric patients. While full-time coverage is preferred, multiple part-time providers with consistent availability may be considered. PRN candidates will not be considered.
Responsibilities:

Manage approximately 5 inpatient and 5-7 outpatient nephrology patients daily

Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination

Provide care across the standard nephrology scope of practice

Travel and lodging expenses covered by the client
Requirements:

Board Certification in Nephrology and completed fellowship required

Active Wisconsin medical license required; candidates in the licensing process will be considered but preference given to fully licensed providers due to urgent need
