BC/BE Nephrologist
Team Environment: Join a cohesive team of 2 Nephrologists and 2 APPs
Patient Mix: 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient care
Consultative Role: Focus on consultations only, with no admissions
Call Schedule: Call is phone-only, with hospitalists taking the first call after 5 PM
Manageable Inpatient Load: Average inpatient load of 12-16 patients per day
Multi-Specialty Clinic: Collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, including internal medicine, adult-only family medicine, infectious disease, endocrinology, and rheumatology
