Seeking BE/BC Nephrologist to join talented team in northern NY.
- Join a thriving 25+ year practice providing comprehensive nephrology services for an appreciative community
- Office is an efficient modernized environment close to a Medical Center
- Nephrology admissions are provided by a robust Hospitalist service, with consult to nephrology
- Hemo/dialysis unit is adjacent to the office
- Office equipped with web-based electronic medical record and computer equipment for remote access
- Radiology Services on site
- Catchment population: 250,000
- Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
- Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Salary: $340,000 for two years with partnership track
- $30,000 Signing Bonus
- $20,000 after completion of year two
- $10,000 after completion of year three
- Relocation reimbursement: $15,000
- A generous benefits package
- $3,000 Annual Continuing Education Stipend plus 5 Paid Days Off
- Twenty-nine (29) days paid time off
- Health insurance, individual or family, 80% paid
- Occurrence medical liability insurance; $1.3 Million each/$3.9 million aggregate
- 401k and 403b financial planning option; Employer pension plan contribution
- NYS medical license and DEA registration paid
