Summary: Faith based organization in central and western North Dakota. Provider will round on patients in the hospital and see patients in clinic. The clinic and dialysis unit are conveniently located by being attached to the hospital. They are also 2 dialysis units in western North Dakota that the provider would be on call for questions.

Facility Location: CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck, ND
Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Duties: call, rounding on inpatients, and ½ day clinic
