- Provide urgent and chronic care to patients
- Evaluate and treat patients at dialysis units and in the hospital
- Provide consultations in both hospital and office settings
- Schedule: Full time
- MD degree
- Board certified in Nephrology
- Valid New York State medical license
- DEA certification
- 3+ years of work experience
