**Nephrology Physician opening 2 hours from Philly, NYC, and DC** **Practice Overview:** An independent, multi-specialty practice located in Lebanon, PA, with over 100 employees, including 10 MDs, 4 APPs, 3 NPs, Physical Therapists, and administrative staff. Specialties encompass Internal Medicine Primary Care, Rheumatology and Osteoporosis, Nephrology, and Endocrinology. **About the Practice:** - Hospital, a 170-bed acute care facility, located 2 miles from the practice. - Equipped with private physician offices, 30 exam rooms, onsite lab, onsite X-ray, DXA (Bone Density), EMG, physician therapy, infusion center, fracture liaison services, and medical records facilities. - Satellite offices in Hershey (16 miles) and Lititz (14 miles), with DaVita sites in Lebanon. Nephrology services are currently exclusive to the Lebanon location, with potential expansion to Hershey. - The nephrology physician will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a full-scope nephrology practice, encompassing outpatient and inpatient duties, along with Medical Directorship at 1 DaVita site. **Schedule:** - Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with physicians having a 4.5-day week. - Flexible start times for physicians. - One week per month spent at the DaVita site, with no outpatient responsibilities but hospital rounding/consults. **Volume:** - Clinic: Half-day, around 10-12 patients. - Hospital volume varies, averaging 7-10 patients per day, primarily consult service (98%, not admissions). **Referrals:** - In-house internists and referrals from Good Samaritan, leading to permanent patient switches to LIMA. **Call Schedule:** - 1:2 weeknights and 1:3 weekend call, shared with Dr. Siddiqui and the Nurse Practitioner.
