An innovative Nephrology practice in Arizona is seeking dynamic and driven BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team.
• This group is a nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas.
• Join a group of physicians who are recognized not just as clinical leaders but leaders in research, education, transplant, and interventional services.
• Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.
• Programs are built around the needs of the physicians, giving you the autonomy and flexibility to practice medicine your way.
• Openings in Phoenix and Tucson markets.
• J1 waiver eligible in Tucson Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
• Partners are earning in the top 10% of Nephrologists in the country.
• Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match.
