Cross Country Locums is seeking a Neonatologist for Dyer, IN for locums coverage beginning December 2021.
Desired Schedule: 24 hour in house coverage in the nursery; Can take call from hotel or call room; Level II NICU shift times vary
Scope of Work:
-attendance at all c-sections and high risk deliveries
-daily rounding in NICU and participation in high risk OB patient rounds
-provide consults to high risk mothers in labor and delivery
-coverage of outpatient NICU follow up clinic (one day/month)
-Skills necessary: umbilical line placement, endotracheal intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement & neonatal resuscitation
-Support Staff; 2 NNP available PRN for night shift coverage
