**Neonatology opening in Iowa**
* Located in Waterloo, IA - Des Moines 110m
* Full-time,permanent position
* Seeking energetic, forward thinking Medical Director
* Hospital based/ inpatient only practice
* Strong and knowledgeable support staff
* 150-200 NICU admits per year
* Only Level III Regional Center nursery in the area
* Innovative Integrated Neonatal Intensive Care (INIC) model where NICU babies are cared for in their mother's room using same nurses, monitors, equipment and physicians as in a conventional NICU (one of only three facilities nationwide offering this)
* Only Neonatal Transport team in the area
* Employed multispecialty group of around 150 providers - Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
