This healthcare system is a dynamic and growing organization featuring state-of-the-art remodeled facilities, including a recently updated Birthing Center with private post-partum rooms and a Level III NICU. The facility supports a large regional service area consisting of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals, providing an expansive referral base and a collaborative, collegial environment for physicians.Opportunity:
Physician - Maternal Fetal MedicineJob Details:
- Join a busy Women's and Children's division due to exciting growth within the organization
- Consultation-based practice with primary base in the MFM clinic, embedded within a growing OB/GYN Clinic and attached to the hospital
- Work alongside an established team including 2 MFM nurses, an OB Diabetic Educator, a Genetic Counselor, and 3 MFM sonographers
- Collaborate with a large OB/GYN team consisting of 8 physicians, 7 CNMs, and 5 NPs
- Large referral base including both maternal and fetal high-risk obstetric populations
- Anticipated weekly work schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8 AM to 5 PM with no call requirements
- Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 10
- Anticipated volume of procedures at base location: 2-4 per month
- Average inpatient practice volume: 5-10 inpatient consults per month
- Facility handles over 1,200 deliveries per year
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine required; ABOG certification preferred
