Overview:
* Join an established team of seven board-certified Neonatologists and thirteen experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners with long-standing professional relationships
* Practice in a Level IIIB, 44-bed NICU featuring single-patient rooms and specialized accommodations for multiples, supported by pediatric subspecialties including cardiology, surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonology, endocrinology, hematology, genetics, ophthalmology, and ENT
* Care for critically ill newborns delivered locally or transferred from network hospitals, including extremely premature infants and those with complex medical and surgical needs managed through the Fetal-Neonatal Center
* Utilize advanced therapies including non-invasive ventilation, conventional ventilation, high-frequency jet and oscillatory ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
* Manage a busy service with approximately 950-1,050 NICU admissions and 4,500-5,500 births annually, supported by dietitians, pediatric pharmacists, OT/PT and speech therapists, social workers, lactation specialists, and case managers
