###Locums | Neonatology | Clinic | Long Beach, CA ###Why This Role * Level IV NICU coverage with 24-hour in-house shifts * Opportunity to care for an average daily census of 14 babies * Independent practice with no APPs; neonatologist-led care * Flexible weekday and weekend shift options ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours * Schedule: Weekday shifts 8a–4p, 3p–9a, or combined 24-hour; Weekend shifts as outlined * Patients per Day: 14 * Call Details: In-house coverage ###Requirements * Board Certified in Neonatology * Active California license * Recent Level IV NICU experience within past 12 months * Must have completed prescreen questionnaire * CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained * Clean history ###Clinical Details * Scope: Level IV NICU care including triage, admissions, and critical management * Typical Procedures: * Routine neonatal care and resuscitation * Intubation * Moderate sedation (exam required if interested) ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
