Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing practice at UT Health in Tyler, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, physician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Opportunity Highlights
This position is based in a Level III, 18-bed NICU affiliated with the UT System and UT Southwestern, featuring an on-campus residency program and supporting approximately 140 deliveries per month. Providers work within a collaborative two-physician care model with in-house NNP coverage, ensuring strong teamwork and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
The Neonatologist will provide comprehensive medical care to newborns in the Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants. Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries and performing neonatal resuscitation as indicated, diagnosing and managing a broad range of neonatal conditions, and performing neonatal procedures within scope of practice. The provider will collaborate closely with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and demonstrate strong clinical expertise in NICU care. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal medicine.
