Location: Waterloo, IA

Opportunity to join a collaborative neonatal team providing specialized care in a Level III NICU environment.
Position Highlights:
Level III NICU with 10 beds
Average daily census of 5–6 patients
Collaborative environment with an experienced NICU care team
Opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs
Supportive multidisciplinary clinical setting
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate and support families and clinical staff on neonatal care
Compensation & Benefits:
