Locums | Neonatology | In House Nights | Southfield, MI Why This Role

  • Level III NICU with established neonatology team
  • Predictable night coverage 4–6 shifts per month
  • Ongoing need through end of 2026 due to provider resignation
Assignment Details Coverage March 24 2026 through December 31 2026 4–6 in house night shifts per month Schedule 7p–7a in house Local providers only mileage reimbursed Clinical Details Level III NICU 15 beds Average census 12 patients per day 0–4 admissions per day Attend C sections and neonatal transports No well baby nursery coverage EMR Cerner Ecare PowerChart Requirements Board certified or truly board eligible Neonatology Neonatology fellowship required Active Michigan license in hand BLS NRP ACLS required Clean background and NPDB self query Availability and monthly shift commitment required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
