Level III NICU | Night Shifts | Competitive Salary | Flexible Monthly Schedule

🏥 Practice Setting
You’ll be working in a 15-bed Level III NICU with a collaborative and experienced neonatal team. The unit sees a steady but manageable acuity level, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient care.
📅 Schedule & Coverage
- Coverage Dates: March 24, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Shifts Needed: 4–6 shifts per month
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Call: In-house overnight coverage

👶 Clinical Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a Level III NICU
- Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries
- Stabilize and coordinate neonatal transfers when needed
- Average 0–4 admissions per day
- Average daily census around 12 patients
- No responsibility for well-baby nursery coverage

You’ll be joining a well-structured neonatology group that includes full-time, part-time, and contingent providers — ensuring shared responsibility and professional support.

✅ Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Neonatology Fellowship Trained (Required)
- Active Michigan Medical License (in hand at submission)
- BLS & NRP Certifications
- Must be comfortable with deliveries, resuscitations, and transfers
