Permanent Neonatologist | Lexington, Kentucky
Practice Setting: Level III NICU, collaborative team
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Residency Requirement: Must reside locally (relocation support available)
Candidates: Open to new graduates; Locums and visa candidates not accepted
Schedule & Coverage
- Daytime clinical coverage
- Weekend rotation required
- Home call nights supported by 24/7 in-house NNPs
- Provide comprehensive care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
- Manage care for infants from busy newborn nursery service (~4,000 annual deliveries)
- Perform and maintain hands-on neonatal procedures
- Work alongside 2 Neonatologists + 2 NNPs during daytime hours
- Collaborate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
- Participate in mentorship and professional development
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
- Completion of Neonatology fellowship
- Board eligible or certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Must live locally (relocation support available)
