PERMANENT – Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician
Livonia, Michigan
Start Date: ASAP
Regional MFM Coverage | Days + Shared Call

365 Healthcare is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team serving West Michigan, with primary coverage in Grand Rapids and periodic travel to Muskegon as needed. This opportunity offers a collaborative, specialist-driven environment focused on high-risk obstetrics and advanced maternal-fetal care.

Practice Details
Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine service

Primary coverage in Grand Rapids with occasional travel to Muskegon

High-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine focus

Multidisciplinary collaboration with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and specialists

Assigned MA, sonographer, and dedicated support staff at all locations

Current team includes community and residency-based providers

Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents

On-call responsibilities shared with MFM Partner / Medical Director (primarily phone-based with hospital visits as needed)

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide specialized Maternal Fetal Medicine care for high-risk pregnancies

Manage complex maternal and fetal conditions

Serve as a referral resource for obstetric providers

Develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans

Participate in education and training of learners

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams

Provide regional coverage as needed

Qualifications
Board Certified in OB/GYNREQUIRED

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

If Board Eligible, must achieve Board Certification within 2 years

Active Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)

DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)

BLS and ACLS certification

Clean malpractice history preferred

Open to H1B visa candidates (J1 waivers not accepted)

Recent NPDB self-query required at time of presentation
