Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 06-01-2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Minimum of 7 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts from 5am-5am
- Coverage Type: Call Only
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 2 PAs/NPs, NP onsite during the day and on call at night
- Trauma Level: 2
- Patients Per Shift: 38
- Bed In Department: 52
- Call Type: In-House
- Call Response Time Required: 10-15 mins
- Specialty Skills: Nursery Level II/NICU, Nursery Level III/NICU, Ventilation Management, Invasive (ETT), Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP), Use of nitric Oxide (iNO), Chest tube insertion, Exchange transfusions,, Evaluation & Management of acute volume/BP issues, Diagnostic/Therapeutic taps
Requirements
- Active TX License and DEA
- Board Certification in Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- NRP Certification
- Preferred 5 years of experience
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
