Practice Details

• 10-bed Level III NICU (capacity to expand to 12 short-term)

• Neonates 28+ weeks gestation

  • Infants <28 weeks stabilized and transferred as needed

• Integrated NICU model—infants remain with families in LDRP when stable

• Full access to medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy services

• No APP supervision required

• Physician team: 2 Neonatologists

Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatology

• Fellowship Trained in Neonatology

• Active Iowa license or IMLC

• Clean malpractice and background history (recent NPDB required)
