Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Up to 16 shifts per month (24-hour call shifts)
- Patient Contact Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Weekend Requirements: As needed
Clinical Details
- Inpatient Responsibilities
- Number of Physicians: 2
- Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy available
- Patient Demographics: Neonates with gestational ages of 28+ weeks
- Less than 28 weeks are typically stabilized and transferred to a higher level of care
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: Varies based on NICU census
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3
- Services Offered: 10 bed Level III NICU with an ADC of 6.3. Capacity to increase to 12 NICU infants for short periods
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Active IA License or Active IMLC (LOQ)
- Fellowship Trained in Neonatology
- Clean Malpractice/Background History
