🌟 An outstanding permanent leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Neonatologist Medical Director to lead a well-established NICU program in Carrollton, Georgia. ⏰ Schedule & Coverage

• Full-time | 1 week on / 1 week off

• Rounding with call from home

• Supported by full-time NNP coverage

• Leadership role with direct collaboration with hospital administration

🩺 Position Highlights

• Provide oversight and strategic leadership for a Level III NICU (10 beds)

• Approximately 1,000 annual births

• Mentor and support physician colleagues

• Serve as a key leader within the hospital and local medical community

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Active Georgia license (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA prior to start

• Strong clinical background with leadership experience preferred
