⏰ Shift Options
Weekday Coverage:
- Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night shifts: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- 24-hour shifts available
Weekend Coverage:
- Friday 3:00 PM – Saturday 9:00 AM
- Saturday 9:00 AM – Sunday 9:00 AM
- Sunday 9:00 AM – Monday 9:00 AM
🩺 Clinical Environment
- Level IV NICU
- Average daily census: ~14 babies
- 24-hour in-house coverage model
- Neonatologist-led care (no APP intubation)
- No ECMO management required
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Active California medical license
- Level IV NICU experience required
