Coverage Type : On Call
SCHEDULE : Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel, Coverage available ASAP
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED
- Board Certified in Neonatology (not accepting BE) - [REQUIRED]
- TX license [REQUIRED] no exceptions for quick credentialing
- Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year [REQUIRED]
- Providers must have at least 6 months of clinical experience within the specialty of job they’re applying for [REQUIRED]
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED]
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
