Neonatologist Opportunity – Level III NICU
*Location: Billings, Montana | Full-Time, permanent position*
Position Overview
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated and collaborative neonatal care team in Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of the nation’s most livable small cities.
Position Highlights
* 22-bed Level III NICU (flex up to 26 beds)
* Collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists and 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
* Full range of pediatric subspecialty support including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OBGYN, and PICU
* Partnership with a regional children’s specialty network for Neuro-NICU and cardiac surgical care
* Typical schedule: in-house 8 a.m.–6 p.m. with low-utilization unrestricted call after hours
* NNPs on site 24/7 providing continuous coverage
* Approximately 125 shifts per year
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual salary: $350,000
* Signing bonus: $25,000
* Relocation assistance up to $20,000
* Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment eligibility

* License and certification reimbursement
Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
* Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
* Eligible for Montana medical licensure
* BLS certification
* Completion of ACGME-accredited residency
