Job Responsibilities
- Provide care for neonates requiring advanced support, including delivery room attendance and admissions
- Manage Level III type intubated patients
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Engage in procedures involving frequent ventilation and body cooling

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Neonatology
- Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligible
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Level III NICU or above
- Must complete the prescreen questionnaire and provide CV in MM/YYYY format with explained gaps

Working Hours
- Full 24-hour in-house shifts, flexible with ongoing availability

Skills
- Proficiency in neonatal care and critical care procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Experience with advanced neonatal ventilation techniques (ECMO experience not required)
