We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a growing neonatal practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team while helping develop a state-of-the-art NICU program in one of the most beautiful regions of the country.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with NNPs, Neonatologists, and OB teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Participate in patient rounds, consultations, and follow-up care.
Support quality improvement initiatives within the NICU.
Qualifications
Eligible for New Mexico medical licensure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
