💼 Position Highlights:

• Level-III NICU | 36 beds | Avg census: 26

• Full-spectrum NICU care including:

  • High Frequency Ventilation

  • Inhaled Nitric Oxide

  • Total Body Cooling

  • aEEG monitoring

• Robust subspecialty support: Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Hematology

• Team-based model: 5 Neonatologists + experienced NNPs

• Flexible call and weekend coverage as part of rotation

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• $275K–$360K base salary

• $50K guaranteed bonus in year one

📝 Requirements:

• BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• Kansas license (or willing to obtain)
