🍼 Position Highlights:

• Setting: 30-bed Level III NICU

• Daily Census: ~17 patients

• Annual NICU Admissions: 400+

• Deliveries Annually: ~4,000

• Coverage Model: Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts

• Advanced Services:

  • HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)

  • Nitric Oxide Therapy

  • Therapeutic Hypothermia

• Team Structure: Work alongside 6 other experienced Neonatologists

• Teaching Role:

  • Mentor Family Practice residents and observational students

  • OB/GYN residency program launching summer 2025

• Collaborative Culture: Partner with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other specialists in a true team-based model

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

• New Jersey Medical License or willingness to obtain

• DEA & NJ CDS/CSR licenses – must be obtained before start

• Clean malpractice & license history – Highly Preferred
