🍼 Position Highlights:

Setting: 30-bed Level III NICU

Daily Census: ~17 patients

Annual NICU Admissions: 400+

Deliveries Annually: ~4,000

Coverage Model: Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts

Advanced Services:

HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)

Nitric Oxide Therapy

Therapeutic Hypothermia

Team Structure: Work alongside 6 other experienced Neonatologists

Teaching Role:

Mentor Family Practice residents and observational students

OB/GYN residency program launching summer 2025

✅ Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

New Jersey Medical License or willingness to obtain

DEA & NJ CDS/CSR licenses – must be obtained before start

Clean malpractice & license history – Highly Preferred
