We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative team in Henderson, Nevada. This is a full-time, permanent position in a supportive, high-quality NICU environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
Level III NICU: 26 beds, average daily census ~22
Level II NICU: 6 beds, average daily census ~3
Advanced neonatal care: body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
Multidisciplinary support: Pediatric Surgery, MFM, OB Hospitalists, and more
Opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, and leadership initiatives
Qualifications
Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Clean malpractice and license history preferred
Open to recent graduates and experienced Neonatologists
